Life update
Finally! After a year hiatus, I'm back with a new set.
I've stopped composing and producing music in March. I was fed up with my approach, which involved spending too much time in front of a screen. I needed space for other things, but mostly, I needed space for nothing. By that, I mean resting as much as my sensitive nervous system needs.
I took some of that space for tidying up the RSS file of this podcast. In doing that, I've added all the timestamped tracklists to the show notes.
I also created this website for Eclectic Soul. It allows an easier way to share the show. And a new way to make it discoverable (with web search).
I like the simplicity of not needing a podcast app to play Eclectic Soul and check the tracklists. I like tech independence. So here you go.
I'm also using the space to reconnect with you through these mixes. And, last but not least: I'm more focused on my body-mind well-being. To help with that, I got into Ayurveda. My Doshas are Vata-Pitta. With currently a severe mostly-Vata imbalance. So I'm spending more time cooking and grounding, truly connecting with my body, and calming the mind.
