I’m happy to share with you a new episode just before going in Algarve for a vipassana retreat. 10 days of noble silence and meditation.

Beside the benefits for the waking life, I’m also very curious to see how it will affect the dream world. No information intake for ten days (except the instructions), no outward expression of my emotions and thoughts. I suppose I’ll face myself as never before. What will be the content of my dreams? Will I be hearing/making music?
